Prawns and Foo Chow meat balls in Kung Po style. Well it is fried with lots of dried chillies and onions. Really hot and spicy.
Squid with cherry tomatoes, Nyonya style.
Stir-fried Chinese vegetable with coloured ball! Forgot the name..

Delicious Omelette

This is an omelette done to perfection. The size is just reaching the rim of the plate and neatly rounded too! Had a lot of prawn meat in it, with chillies and spring onions. Also known as Egg Foo Yong, this is a dish based on beaten eggs.

Birds and Cats

Every morning, at around 7.10-7.20 am, many birds in formation will cross on top of my house. I am not a bird watcher, so have no idea what specie they are. They are kind of large, and majestic in flight.

The Dinner spread, before eaten!
Teochew braised duck. Needs sliced Galangal, five spice powder, dark soya sauce, sugar caramel in the preparation.
A very large steamed fish topped with fried ginger.
Sea cucumber in oyster sauce.
Ngoh Hiang - Chinese pork sausage with five spices.
Assorted dish of Archar, abalone, chinese sausages, grilled pork and preserved eggs.
Stir-fried snow peas with mushrooms and leek.
Prawn fritters.
Fish ball soup.
