Birds and Cats

Every morning, at around 7.10-7.20 am, many birds in formation will cross on top of my house. I am not a bird watcher, so have no idea what specie they are. They are kind of large, and majestic in flight.

Chinese New Year Steamboat Dinner

The steamboat, a Chinese new year gathering dinner experience. Wow, see the number of dishes on the table! Even more inside the fridge. Squid, big prawns, sea cucumber, abalone, brown mushrooms, white mushrooms, etc. Hot home made spicy chilli sauce for condiment, just delightful. The steamboat soup base made with hours of boiling chicken bones and abalone. Loves the fish slices, fish balls, prawns and sea cucumber. Basically, to each's preference, just slightly dip in what you want in the boiling soup and eat with white rice.
