Another Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner

The Dinner spread, before eaten!
Teochew braised duck. Needs sliced Galangal, five spice powder, dark soya sauce, sugar caramel in the preparation.
A very large steamed fish topped with fried ginger.
Sea cucumber in oyster sauce.
Ngoh Hiang - Chinese pork sausage with five spices.
Assorted dish of Archar, abalone, chinese sausages, grilled pork and preserved eggs.
Stir-fried snow peas with mushrooms and leek.
Prawn fritters.
Fish ball soup.
